“Om Encounter” Work-in-Progress

Yat Po Singers is thrilled to show the audience their work-in-progress of “Om Encounter”, the new A cappella theatrical production. The new production aims to work from the ground of Chinese traditional opera to explore new possibilities on art forms, and to re-examine this traditional “musical theatre” from a modern perspective.

Michael Lam and Yuri Ng are leading the creative process with the music composition by Ng Cheuk Yin, lyrics by Leung Pak Kin, and Anna Lo as choral director.

Full version of the play reading will be available on-site only, selected pieces of the performance would go online for on-demand viewing during 20-30.11.2020.

Quota for live performance is with limited registration quota with first-come-first-serve basis.
