Voice of the Woods

A bottle cap on its path to “Rubbish Got Talent”

Once upon a time, in the heart of the woods, besides beasts and trees, there are tons of extraordinary things like plastic cutlery, worn-out shoes and even broken fridges… who says that they are not qualified to have their dreams?

This tale is about a shower-gel cap craving for becoming a musical instrument. His adventure begins on the day when he discovered an old receipt issued by “The Woods’ Music Store”, stirring up his identity mystery. During the journey he met the unwavering Treefrog, the arrogant Mouthpiece, the demoralised Butterfly and a frustrated Button…

As everyone advances to the heart of the forest, will they overcome the challenges ahead and reach their final destination?

Yat Po Singers, the first professional a cappella choral theatre group in Hong Kong, needs no musical instruments to wield magic and amazement. This time, they venture into the forest giving voice to flora and fauna, great and small. Even inanimate objects and trash have their shining moments!
